That's true. In THIS country...the doctor can prescribe just about
anything if they can explain it.
When I was younger, I had a few severe sinus infections...and the doc
would numb your nose before sticking a tube up there.
He used a low percentage cocaine solution.
Pure pharmaceutical cocaine is so much stronger than the stuff sold on
the STREET as pure...that a few drops had me asking him if he'd like to
dance. :-)
