The minimum drinking age on military installations is 21 within the US and
18 outside the US (or higher, depending on local laws). The issue was
brought to the spotlight recently when soldiers argued the "old enough to
die..." case but Obama said he would not permit the drinking age to be
lowered for military personnel.
